Early Reading Skills?

We've been working on letter recognition lately, she's doing pretty well with it. Yesterday while I was cooking breakfast I gave her the box of letter magnets to play with. Apparently in all our story reading she has figured out that letters go together in lines to say something. She knows the letters in her name and we showed them to her, she identified them and then put them up in a line on the fridge too.
