Gidget

Yesterday we went to the beach for the first time in a while. It's been so long since we've been to the beach because it really hasn't warmed up until the last couple of weeks. Naturally you should know that this is a relative warm up. Anyway, yesterday we were scheduled to join our Mom's club at the beach it was just a couple of us, but that didn't stop us from having a great time.

Danya showed people that her puddle jumper is the way to go! She just swam right out "a see da waves momma" At Ko Olina the waves are on the outside of the lagoon, and she really would swim out quite a ways until I called for her to come back.

Yep, we've said it before and we'll say it again she's a water baby! What we've also discovered that Danya needs some truck toys. She kept "borrowing" trucks from the boys. She even took one out to the water so that she could swim without giving it back.

My Gidget again did some borrowing of this boogy board from a Grandma who was at the beach with her Grandson. He didn't really like the water so the Grandma was trying to show him that it was okay to play on the board. She figured out how to slide on from the bottom and how to paddle and kick to get it to go.

I guess it's time to pull our boogy board out of the rafters of our garage.
