Egg Hunt 1

On Saturday our community association had it's Easter Egg hunt. We braved the "rain" it was more like heavy drizzle, but it was still quite wet.


Waiting for Daddy to be ready so we can go. Oh no! it's raining.
That's not going to slow us down! Easter Egg Hunt here we come.


Danya found one of the special eggs that gave her a big prize. She won a giant Easter Bunny. It's bigger than her. Since she insisted on being with Daddy, Mommy got to carry her easter basket, umbrellas, diaper bag, and the giant bunny. It reminds me of a couple of years ago when we were at church and Melanie said to her kids that she wasn't their pack mule. Of course they just looked at her and smiled. I think that phase of life is starting for me. I am now a pack mule.


Some of the other "fun" things available to us were carnival rides and free shave ice. I made sure to take a photo of this shave ice machine especially for dad. Just a "little" customizing on a drill press and tada shave ice machine.

As you can see we loved the shave ice, and needed a wardrobe change. The purple dress is one of the dresses my mom made if you follow her blog you've seen it before. This isn't a great photo of it, so there will be another one soon. There's her giant bunny too.
