Thank you Grandma, Grandpa, Nana, and Papa for the Easter baskets. We didn't get her one because if you didn't buy one in February you weren't really getting anything. The stores all decided that because Easter was early this year they didn't order as much. That doesn't really make sense to me because it's still Easter.
This is one of two identical boxes of eggs that the Church prepared for our annual Easter Egg hunt. We invited the community, but in the end there were only 6 six kids.
Each kid got 2 buckets to fill even Danya. So Daddy filled one and Danya picked up a couple.
Then we filled the second bucket comming home with 120 Easter eggs.
Obviously that was just too much candy for John since I can't eat most of it so we called a neighbor who has 2 small boys to see if they had gone to an easter egg hunt or if they wanted to come over and have one in our back yard in the afternoon. They didn't find one to go to so they were very excited to have the opportunity to come over. They had so much fun and were really blessed by the gift. It was a great day. I pray your Easter was just as Joyful.
