Inspiration

Somedays it's just not easy to keep going, it's been rough to keep up with my new diet, more on that soon, when so much is going on in my world, but I have said it from the begining, "Sewing is my Therapy" and my amazing husband, knowing this, choose to let me have lots of sewing time the past few nights. Some of these you have seen before, but others have been my therapy the last few days.
Like a real fashion designer this is my summer  line inspired by Papa who was always very specific about how we were wearing the colors of the flag. I have a couple more cut out and ready to be sewn but these are the ones that are ready right now.
I've been so drawn to these patriotic prints and so these are in memory of my Papa. Some are for sale in my store. I've gotten myself signed up for a craft fair next weekend, and so I'll post what doesn't sell after that.

Speaking of the craft fair, I'm pretty excited about it. I'm hopeing to sell out, but if nothing else hopefully people will take cards and call me with custom orders. I LOVE making someones thoughts work out for them. I've even developed some packaging and things that look super professional. So excited.

The craft fair sounds like lots of fun! You do great work! I wish I could sew like that!
