Welcome to our new home!

We have really enjoyed the past year with babywindow, but now it is time to switch over here. We've really enjoyed everything that our family has posted on their blogs and now that Danya is getting bigger I don't have the time to update so many different pages. I hope and pray that you all enjoy the new site. The old site will be active until 4-17-2008 but all of the new info will be posted here.

Now on to the good stuff. Danya is growing like a weed. Now that she is on formula 100% of the time she is gaining a lot of weight. Dr. Torres says she is still on the light side for her size but she is growing appropriately. Over the past month she has forgotten how to roll over. All of a sudden when she is on her tummy she gets stuck and just starts yelling. This is a big problem because she finds herself on her tummy unexpectedly quite often. She is sitting on her own now, and as she reaches for toys she flips on to her tummy. She will play for a little while until she realizes that she is on her tummy and can't flip. She also rolls onto her tummy but won't roll off of it. It's quite puzzling. Her physical therapist comes on friday and we will talk about how to encourage her to roll again.

In the last month we have had to box up a lot of her old clothes. She is outgrowing things so fast. She is officially 6 months old but in one piece outfits she wears 9 month size because she is so long. We have also changed her room from being tiny baby to a moving baby. We moved the rocker out to the living room and put a new toy shelf in her room and a place for all of her stuffed animals. If you haven't checked out cousin Oliver in his pile of stuffed animals you should he is too cute. I can't say it cured me of my irrational fear of ET but it sure helped to see someone soo cute in the pile of animals. I miss all of you.
